HIGH-GRADE FRP

Versus Motorsport is one of the first company introduced this material in the American market making body kits in 1994 while many others still using chopper gun method. High-Grade FRP method is using hand-laid fiberglass cloth reinforced with plastic resin and was innovative technology at the time for body kit products. It took a much longer time and a lot more man hours making body kit products with this method as workers have to slowly lay the fiberglass cloth evenly than apply resin on top of it for many layers.

On the other hand, chopper gun method is a mixture of resin and chop fiber spray both at the same time using a machine which create a much faster time yet creating a thick, sloppy, rough cut edges and uneven surfaces when making smaller products such as body kits. Chopper gun method mostly use in making huge fiberglass products such as boats, bath tubs, water tanks, etc.

Now many places in the United States including California regulation does not permit anymore new license as well as banned this chopper gun method manufacturing since it is bad for the ozone.

Versus Motorsport able to create a thinner yet much stronger and lighter products compare to chopper gun method.

Versus Motorsport created Pure Styling in 2001 bringing urethane body kits style and quality to the highest level.  Many enthusiasts do not realize and understand about urethane, they think all urethane have the same quality, not at all. Not all urethane products are created equal as they are many urethane products on the market that takes more expensive to prep and install than fiberglass bumpers.

In early 2004, Versus Motorsport is proud to announce the release of its new brand, Carbon-Pro, specializing doing research innovating new technology in Carbon fiber products.  Versus Motorsport accomplished making the FIRST TRUE Double Sided carbon fiber hood which is a new revolutionary on the market at the time. Versus Motorsport able to innovates this new design by eliminating the rough looks of skeleton underneath the hood that come from factory hood. A huge flat surface underneath the hood is created with this new design and made the same glossy & shiny carbon effect as it is on the top carbon hood surface. Now show vehicle enthusiast can proudly display their engine with opening its hood without sacrificing the looks of under the hood.

Carbon-Pro continue innovating and developing many other carbon fiber products including many private labels for the automotive market.

GREASE MONKEY OUTFITTING CO

We, at Versus Motorsport always been a hard core Honda enthusiast since day 1, our idea and innovation just never ended as we always wants more. We also believe our customers also want more products beyond their Honda vehicle. Grease Monkey Outfitting (GMO) created by Versus Motorsport in 2005 under licensed with American Honda Motor Co. to fill in the gap between the enthusiast and their Honda vehicle. They are many products for Honda & Acura vehicle on the market beyond believe but it is very difficult to find Honda & Acura wear that can suit our hip and young style. Now, not anymore as GMO always creating newest & trendiest style for Honda branded wear such as Accord, Civic, Integra, Type R, SI, S-2000 & Vtec.

HYBRID POLY-FRP

In 2005, Versus Motorsport created Hybrid Poly-FRP and this is a mixture of Polyurethane content resin mixed with FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic). It took our engineer almost a decade innovating this chemical composition and exclusively use for Versus Motorsport products. The advantages of this innovative material that you will find our bumper much more flexible than the conventional FRP or regular fiberglass as you can twist the bumper side to side up to 90 degree for easy installation as well as better road impact. This material is the second best to our Urethane products as far as flexibility.
